Site Event – Solida Capital Europe and 1 Asset Management

We are thrilled to announce that we have officially began laying the foundations for Warsaw’s first fully prefabricated student housing project SHED Living. Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a symbolic ceremony on-site, attended by key high officials from 1 Asset Management, Solida Capital, Pekabex, Lazarski University Representation, our Advisors, lead Architects, and our Supervision.
During the ceremony, we laid a time capsule in the foundations, containing a short text for posterity, symbolizing our commitment to creating a legacy for future generations of students.
With all teams working diligently and everything on track, we look forward to welcoming students to this state-of-the-art housing complex in September 2025. This project marks a significant step forward in innovative construction techniques and sustainable living solutions for students.
